The Homes
The nine homes making up Monterrey have been meticulously designed and built to the highest construction standards, finishes and features.
The penthouses have large sun deck terraces and small jacuzzi-style whirlpools, while the homes on the ground floor have their own private garden.

Sustainability
In the Residencial Monterrey project, we sought to make the most of the location, optimising features such as the orientation, privacy and respect for the environment. In all our designs, we aim to be respectful of the surroundings and strengthen the location’s environmental characteristics.
The project concept is based on a building divided in three so that the homes are virtually independent of one another at floor level. With no party walls, the space left between the units serves to provide natural light and ventilation to the large, semi-covered central patio providing access to the building. This is partially closed by a large lattice that filters the light and facilitates air circulation. With just one housing unit per floor, and blocks connected by large walkways that enhance their privacy, the homes have direct access to the car park at semi-basement level, which has natural ventilation and is pre-equipped with charging points for electric vehicles and bicycle racks at the street-level entrance.
In short, we sought to achieve a sustainable design that protects the environment and reduces energy consumption.
